Premier TEK LLC, an Illinois limited liability company doing business as RetterTEK ("RetterTEK", "we", "us", "our"), operates the JAMr FIT platform ("Service"), a software platform owned and operated by RetterTEK. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Service or when a fitness business using our Service communicates with you.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password.

Business Data: Fitness businesses using our platform may store member data including names, email addresses, phone numbers, membership status, check-in history, and other business-related information.

Communication Data: We process emails and SMS messages sent through the platform on behalf of our business customers, including message content, delivery status, and opt-in/opt-out preferences.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including log data, device information, and browser type.

3. Data Processing on Behalf of Businesses

For personal data processed by RetterTEK solely to provide the Services on a fitness business customer's behalf, that business is the business / controller (or equivalent responsible party), and RetterTEK is the service provider / processor (or equivalent downstream provider), as those terms are defined by applicable privacy law. Each business is responsible for obtaining proper consent from their members before communicating with them via email or SMS through our platform. We process this data as directed by the business and as described in our Data Processing Addendum.

Business customers can optionally grant JAMr FIT support staff access to their account data for troubleshooting and technical assistance. This access is:

Granting support access does not transfer data ownership or control.

8. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as the business account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When a business closes their account, associated data is deleted in accordance with our data retention schedule and Data Deletion policy.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Contact the fitness business that manages your information directly, reach us at privacy@jamrfit.com, or see our Data Deletion instructions.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the version and effective date. Application users may be asked to acknowledge updated policies. Acknowledgements do not amend a Customer's signed Order Form contract versions. Current versions of all incorporated legal documents are listed at the Legal Center.
